Our powder coating batch ovens are manufactured in 4 foot
sections so you can start small and add on as your capacity increases.
Our powder coat and batch ovens are shipped to you in 4 foot
sections of ease of shipping and assembly.
We will send a factory representative with every powder coat
and batch oven to install (electric and gas excluded)
and test so you are ready to start production.

Features

Over
Pressurization Chamber - We have been using this concept on our custom
dryers for many years and have put this recirculation airflow system in our
powder coat batch ovens for even heat throughout the oven.

Temperature
Control - Our temperature control is made by Maxitrol, and it is
a digital heat control with a DC modulation control valve.

Burner
Assembly - is made by Maxon, with a 6" - 24" burner
producing 500,000 - 2,000,000 B.T.U.'s of heat depending on the size of the
unit.

Blower
Assembly - 12" - 15" size high temperature steel construction.

Blower
Motors - 3 horsepower or 5 horse power depending on the size of the
unit.

Wall
Construction - Frames are made with 1” x 4” 14 gage steel tubing and
covered with 20 gage aluminized sheet metal.

Side
Walls - All side walls made with our standard triple-wall construction in
order to run cool and can be touched with bare hands.

Insulation
- 6 Lbs. per square foot.

Zoned
Air - Custom zoned air and heat available.
